Mikuru Katsuhara (葛原 みくる Katsuhara Mikuru), nicknamed Micchon (みっちょん), is a female computer programmer. Akira called her Mi-tan.
She seems to have liked Panties at one point, since they have mutual respect for one another's abilities.

Mikuru is a petty structured woman with brown hair and hazel coloured eyes. She wears a simple white shirt with blue sleeves which has the word “earth” printed, dark blue/purple jeans shorts, dark pink tights/pantyhose/stockings and white boots. She also wears a pink hair clip and occasionally a blue coat.
